Cherry Street - First Pics

Seven months, four potential leases and how many potential properties? I think I lost count. All that matters now is we've found a home for FOUND! We've worked so hard for this moment and now let the reno begin.

Below are some before shots of the space (these photos taken within minutes of getting our keys!)

I can't wait to see the huge FOUND sign painted on
the side of the building with a big old finger pointing to it!
We're planning design changes to the entryway and stairs.
The brown stuff on the right side of the building is a former "living wall".
It's going to find a new home at the Cornell Cooperative Extension soon.

The view looking across the parking lot to the inlet.
What you see when you come in the front door,
and what you see when you're exiting.
We've got a lot of carpet to remove (stay tuned...)
and some trendy 1980's paneling to paint.
Don't think we'll be keeping the purple floor either.
The front of the building is attached to a
quonset hut which has cool curved walls.

Tons-o-space!
Stay tuned for scenes from "Work Day Number 1"!
