Turned out we celebrated the completion of the drywall a wee bit prematurely...
Tomorrow a new wall will be coming down in the front room
(behind the built-in shelves) and a "people" door
will get closed in as a result.
The header in Dan and Ellen's booth was raised about 14 inches todaywhich required... you got it, more destruction and more drywall installation.
We'll be done with all this demo stuff soon...I hope!

Floor and wall colors are chosen, and a final wall-prep punch list is ready to be posted. There are a LOT of details still left to do but we're on target to start painting the walls on Wednesday or Thursday!
Ellen was promoted from chief drywall sander,to apprentice drywall taper.She passed her first seam with flying colors!
